We are looking for a senior Subject Matter Expert to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of experience in change management, with a strong focus on corporate cultural transformation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, HR, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
- 20 years of experience in organizational change and transformation.
- Proven expertise in managing and guiding cultural change initiatives.
- Fluent in English.
