Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Senior HR Specialist with Comprehensive HRM Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in HRM projects.
A candidate for this position will be responsible for all aspects of human resources management. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a thorough and profound understanding and practical application of human resource management procedures, which include:
- Designing and developing organizational structures, including creating comprehensive job descriptions, competencies, and authority matrix.
- Conducting job analysis, and job evaluation.
- Designing and developing career paths.
- Designing and developing salary scales.
- Recruiting and selection processes.
- Conducting training needs assessments and devising training and development plans.
- Establishing human resources Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees and developing human resources management performance processes.
- Developing succession plans.
- Assessing, reviewing, and developing an internal Bilos, and employee handbook according to Jordanian law and social security regulations, with a special emphasis on Jordanian labor laws and labor unions.
- Managing personnel operations, overseeing day-to-day HR tasks such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records, etc...
- Conducting research through various methods (data collection, surveys, etc.) to identify problematic situations and provide advice and recommendations.
Additionally, the candidate will be involved in the management of projects related to human resource management through:
- Participating in the development of HR systems.
- Developing comprehensive action plans for initiatives, identifying tasks, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Follow up on the implementation phase of HRM projects with clients on-field, providing day-to-day support and guidance.
- Collaborating with the internal and external project stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Establishing a system to monitor the progress of project initiative completion and regularly communicating with HR management team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and addressing any challenges or obstacles.
- Identifying areas for improvement within HR operations and procedures.
- Monitoring operations at clients’ sites.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in HRM 6 - 8 years.
- Advanced knowledge of all HR functions and Jordanian labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
