HR Specialist
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
1-3 years of experience in HR or management consulting, with exposure to strategic HR solutions.
Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, client-ready materials.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams in delivering client solutions across key HR disciplines:
- Organizational design and operating model development
- Compensation and benefits benchmarking and structure design
- Performance management frameworks and KPIs
- Leadership development programs and talent assessments
Conduct market research, data analysis, and benchmarking studies.
Draft client-facing deliverables include technical reports, frameworks, and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and present findings.
Assist in the development of tools, templates, and methodologies for internal and client use.
Stay updated on trends and best practices in HR and organizational effectiveness.
