We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join Lacrima Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all human resources activities within our manufacturing plant. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Plant HR Manager will work closely with plant management to ensure that HR strategies align with the overall business objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. The Plant HR Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring that the plant complies with all relevant health and safety regulations. Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
2. Manage recruitment and selection processes.
3. Oversee employee relations and handle grievances.
4. Expert in HRMS like Mena system / ZenHR / RootHR.
5. Conduct performance management and appraisal processes.
6. Coordinate training and development programs.
7. Ensure compliance with Jordanian labor laws and regulations.
8. Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
9. Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports.
10. Collaborate with plant management on HR strategies.
11. Promote a positive workplace culture.
12. Handle disciplinary actions and terminations.
13. Support health and safety initiatives.
14. Facilitate communication between employees and management.
15. Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover data.
16. Manage HR budgets and resources.
17. Oversee onboarding and orientation programs.
18. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
19. Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
20. Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement.
21. Provide HR support during organizational changes.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related fields.
2. Minimum of 10 years of HR management level experience.
3. Must Experience in a manufacturing environment.
4. Strong knowledge of jordan labor laws and regulations.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
8. Proficiency in HRMS softwares and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Strong in Tasks Management international software’s.
10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
11. Strong organizational and time management skills.
12. Experience with performance management and appraisal systems.
