Kinetic is working with a leading pharmaceutical company who are hiring a communications supervisor to be based in Riyadh.

The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for developing internal communication strategies.
- Organise and implement events, programs, and activities to drive employee engagement.
- Develop and manage content for corporate social media channels to strengthen employer branding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote corporate initiatives, values, and achievements.
- Monitor engagement metrics and employee feedback to continuously improve communication and engagement initiatives.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee engagement/internal communications, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and engagement campaigns.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.
