Job Summary:
Alesayi Holding is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Quality Engineer to join our team in Jeddah. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in quality management within a leading diversified group. The successful candidate will support the quality function by executing quality plans, assisting in procedure development, conducting inspections, analyzing data, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts across our operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Execution: Execute established quality control plans and procedures to ensure products, services, and processes meet required standards and specifications.
- Documentation: Assist in the development, review, and refinement of company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality-related procedures.
- Inspection & Audits: Conduct routine inspections, tests, and support internal audits according to defined protocols and schedules.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze quality data (e.g., inspection results, non-conformance reports, customer feedback) using tools like Excel to identify trends, root causes, and areas requiring improvement.
- Problem Solving: Support the implementation, documentation, and tracking of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address identified quality issues.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with production, engineering, supply chain, and other operational teams to resolve quality concerns and promote a quality-focused culture.
- QMS & Improvement: Provide support for the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related engineering or technical field.
- Strong foundational understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with basic quality and statistical control tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data collection, analysis, and charting, and Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or prior experience in a quality assurance/control or manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of QMS standards like ISO 9001.
- Familiarity with process improvement concepts (e.g., Lean basics, PDCA cycle).
