Jeel Media is looking for a highly organized and resourceful Operations & HR Manager to oversee the company’s administrative operations, HR processes, and contract management. This role is critical to ensuring smooth internal operations and supporting the agency’s regional growth.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the company (in-person and mobile line).
- Ensure the office is running smoothly by managing daily operations, office supplies, IT support coordination, and vendor relations.Manage transactions and follow-ups with government entities (Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Industry, GAM, etc.).
- Handle payments, purchases, and requests for financial issuance in coordination with finance.
- Support day-to-day IT and email systems in collaboration with internal/external tech partners.
Human Resources:
- Oversee employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll, income tax, and social security.
- Manage HR policies, leaves, and compliance.
- Oversee contracts and management for freelancers and contractors
- Act as the official contact person for Social Security matters.
Contract & Compliance Management
- Draft and review contracts with clients and partners.
- Coordinate with legal and external partners on contract renewals and annexes.
- Maintain a clear and organized contract database.
- Support CEO in executing ad hoc operations and compliance tasks.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Strong knowledge of Jordanian labor law and social security regulations.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Previous experience in media/advertising/startups is a plus.
