Kinetic is working with a leading pharmaceutical company who are hiring a head of engineering to be based in Riyadh.

Main responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Oversee engineering operations.
- Lead engineering teams in the design, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing systems, utilities, and facilities.
- Allocate resources effectively to support projects and daily operations.
- Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering roles within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong project management skills with a history of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
