A leading pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting an executive assistant for their Riyadh office.

The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the COO.
- Manage the COO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a liaison between the COO and internal departments.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks ensuring deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and business correspondence as needed.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role. Pharmaceutical or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
