Job Description:- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.- Provide contractual advice to project managers and stakeholders during project execution.- Ensure compliance with contract terms, legal regulations, and company policies.- Draft contractual correspondence and manage dispute resolution processes on contract summaries, risk assessments, and commercial reports
