Join our dynamic Telecom Distribution team in Al Khobar as a Field Engineer specialized in networking (Switches, Routers, CCTV, Access Control, ELV). In this role, you will spearhead the installation, testing, and commissioning of cutting-edge telecom network equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Responsibilities:- Lead the installation and commissioning of telecom network equipment like Switches, Routers, Access Control, wireless, and infrastructure at client sites- Perform rigorous testing and troubleshooting of network systems to guarantee performance and compliance with technical specifications.- Collaborate closely with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.- Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed reports documenting commissioning activities and system status.- Support network optimization efforts and provide technical guidance to field teams during deployment phases.
- Engineering / Computer Science Graduate degree majoring in Networking. Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.- Cisco certifications: CCNA, CCNP are highly desirable.- 4 years of proven experience in commissioning telecom and networking equipment within a distribution or telecommunications environment.- Strong understanding of networking protocols, equipment (such as routers, switches, firewalls, ELV), and testing tools.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
