Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Lead Generation Specialist with proven experience in the HR industry within the Saudi Arabia market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities to support business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of HR services and solutions, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build connections with key decision-makers in various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking.
- Research and identify potential clients in need of HR services, such as recruitment, consulting, psychometric assessments, and employee engagement solutions.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and ensure smooth conversion processes.
- Track lead generation metrics and provide regular reports on performance and conversion.
- Stay updated on HR trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the Saudi labor market.
- Represent the company in HR-related events, seminars, and exhibitions when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in lead generation or sales support, preferably in the HR or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the HR services market in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven ability to reach decision-makers and generate interest in B2B environments.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
