Are you passionate about creating exciting, safe, and enriching experiences for children? We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant Manager to help lead the daily operations of a brand-new kids entertainment centre in Al Khobar, designed to spark imagination and joy in every child.
About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll oversee operations across all activity zones, lead a vibrant team, uphold child safety standards, and support memorable events and experiences. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and delivering top-tier service to families.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and supervise staff across play areas, reception, events, and maintenance.
· Ensure daily readiness of the centre, including cleanliness, safety, and adherence to child safeguarding standards.
· Handle guest feedback and ensure a positive, welcoming experience.
· Oversee scheduling, staff performance, and on-the-job training.
· Drive sales performance including admissions, events, and upselling services.
· Maintain detailed records: safety logs, incident reports, and inspection checklists.
· Ensure timely maintenance and readiness of all equipment and activity zones.
· Provide operational reports and suggest continuous improvements.
Skills
· 2–4 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role in kids entertainment or edutainment centers.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on approach.
· Knowledge of child safeguarding procedures and emergency protocols.
· Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling platforms, and KPI reporting.
· Proven track record of meeting sales targets and maintaining high guest satisfaction.
· Speaks fluent Arabic.
· First Aid and Fire Safety certifications are a plus.
