Primary role:
To drive the company’s revenue growth by leading the sales, marketing, and operations teams, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, fostering client relationships, and aligning sales objectives with the company’s business strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, and enhancing the company’s market position.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company’s revenue targets and market share goals.
- Lead and manage the sales, marketing, and operations teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in sales processes to improve workflows and boost productivity.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing technology solutions to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Oversee the management of the assets, ensuring operational efficiency and value optimization.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors on market trends, sales performance, and strategic opportunities.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of top sales talent with HR, while ensuring competitive pay and strong employee retention.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards in all sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory)
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in the real estate and investment sectors is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
