We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Regional Senior Manager - Business Development to lead our efforts in driving business growth and regional expansion. - Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with Procapita Group’s goals to ensure sustainable growth.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Procapita Group’s services and solutions to effectively communicate their unique value proposition.
- Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities using market insights and professional networks.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Engage with senior executives through impactful sales presentations, showcasing tailored solutions that address their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized proposals that align with client objectives.
- Prepare competitive pricing strategies that ensure client satisfaction and organizational profitability.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and client interactions using CRM systems for effective tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- A minimum of 7 years of business development experience, with a proven track record in HR consulting or a related field.
- Strong expertise in the GCC or MENA region with an understanding of market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English & Arabic (verbal and written).
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships through a customer-centric approach.
