Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales Representative & Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with smoke shop owners, distributors, and other partners. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, a proactive attitude, and the ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain financial transactions in
QuickBooks Online, including invoices, bills, and payments.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections.
Generate and review financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Support tax preparation, audits, and end-of-month closing procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 4+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax preparation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for financial accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
