Job Summary
Responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and delivering accurate reports to support data-driven decision making across the firm.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design and maintain standardized and ad-hoc based reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Use various technological tools to automate reporting processes.
- Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure consistency across all deliverables.
- Document reporting processes, data sources, and methodologies for transparency and reproducibility.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Present findings to stakeholders to drive actionable outcomes.
- Provide training and support to team members on reporting tools and tips.
- Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
- Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her areas of expertise.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in HR, Business, Finance or equivalent
Years of Experience
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards.
