We are seeking professional and experienced trainers/instructors to deliver high-quality training programs in the following specialised areas:
- Electrical: MV Switchgear Operation & Maintenance
- Safety: IOSH Training
- Soft Services: BICSc Training
- Road & Ground Activities: Highways Inspections
- HVAC: Operation & Maintenance of Chilled Water AHUs, FCUs, Centrifugal Fans, Window, Split, Concealed, Package & VRF AC Units, and Handling Refrigerants
This position is based in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and candidates will be required to
travel to Riyadh during the training period. If you are passionate about training and have the expertise to deliver practical, hands-on, and engaging sessions, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored training programs in your area of expertise.
- Develop course materials, presentations, and practical exercises aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure trainees' progress and course effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and mentorship and support to trainees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a trainer/instructor in one or more of the listed fields in English, and prior experience delivering corporate training programs.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in the corresponding training area (e.g., IOSH certification, BICSc accreditation, HVAC certifications, etc.).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
- Willingness to travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
