Client is looking for Lead Stress EngineerIndustry: Oil &GasLocation: Eastern Province, Saudi ArabiaResponsibilities:•Performs piping flexibility analysis (Static and Dynamic) for critical piping systems during various phases of Project.•Have in-depth knowledge of Flow induced Vibration (FIV) and Acoustic Induced Vibration (AIV).•Perform and check stress analysis of complex piping systems.•Good knowledge of stress analysis of Non-Metallic Piping.•Apply cost competitive execution techniques to develop the most cost-effective solution for execution of the discipline engineering work.•Develop and review specifications, including design criteria•Develop and review project Scope of Services, Scope of Facilities, and other project baseline documents for all phases of projects.•Establish, track, and monitor material key quantities; provide analysis and forecasts.•Develop and review estimates and schedules, progress reports, including manpower forecasts.•Assign work to teams, monitor and manage the work•Support proposal and estimate activities.
Requirements/Qualification:•Preferred BSc Mechanical Engineering•15+ years’ experience in Piping Stress Engineering including brown field experience.•Experience with Middle East projects•Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, coworker, client, vendors, contractors etc.•EPC, EPCM, FEED and PRE-FEED •Advanced knowledge of Piping stress engineering.•Knowledge of design codes and standards applicable for Piping and Pipe Stress Analysis design work.•Proficiency in stress analysis software (Caesar II , AutoPipe).•Performs piping flexibility analysis (Static and Dynamic) for critical piping systems during various phases of Project.
