The HR Head will lead and oversee the human resources function, ensuring alignment with PPECON's business objectives. This role involves developing and executing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support organizational growth and efficiency while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and employment best practices. The HR Head will foster a productive and positive work culture through employee engagement and well-being initiatives, providing leadership and guidance to HR teams to enhance professional development & excellence. Additionally, she will collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business goals, driving company success and fostering a high-performance work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1.Strategic HR Leadership•Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support business objectives.•Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.•Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and HRSD regulations in coordination with Admin.•Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with company goals.2.Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning•Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent.•Develop and manage succession planning for key positions.•Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs.3.Employee Relations & Compliance•Act as the main point of contact for employee relations and dispute resolution.•Ensure fair and legal employment practices, including Saudization compliance.•Handle HR investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances effectively.4.Performance Management & Development•Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.•Design and execute training and development programs for employees.•Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.5.Compensation & Benefits•Oversee salary structures, benefits, and rewards programs to attract and retain employees.•Ensure payroll compliance with Saudi regulations, including end-of-service benefits.•Optimize employee benefits programs to enhance job satisfaction.6.HR Operations & Technology•Implement HR automation and digital solutions for efficiency.•Oversee HRIS systems and employee records management.•Ensure effective HR reporting and data-driven decision-making.Authorities:1.Strategic HR Decision-Making2.Compliance & Legal Authority3.Talent Acquisition & Management4.Organizational Development & Culture5.Performance Management & Employee Relations6.Compensation & Benefits Administration7.HR Systems & ReportingEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements1.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 2.Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. 3.Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices. 4.Experience in strategic HR planning, performance management, and talent development. 5.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. 6.Proficiency in HR software (HRIS), MS Office, and data analytics. 7.ERP, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification is an advantage.
