Manage the administration requests and services for the CEO.
Provide a complete correspondence service, routing correspondence as necessary.
Provide a time management/diary service to the management team to ensure ability to attend all key meetings at the appointed times.
Establish and maintain record and filing systems.
Make travel arrangements for the CEO in a time-effective way, including booking itineraries.
Organizing the management meetings.
Writing and following up the minutes of the meeting.
